Moti Malul

Chief Executive Officer

Moti Malul joined NeoGames in 2008. In his previous position as Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development, he was central to forging successful relationships with NeoGames' customers worldwide, positioning them to significantly boost their iLottery and iGaming growth. Prior to joining NeoGames, Moti served in key marketing and management positions in the telecom and Internet industries for more than 12 years, with companies such as Ericsson, Smile Media, and some startups. Moti holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Tsachi Maimon

President, Head of iGaming

Mr. Tsachi Maimon has been prevalent in the iGaming industry since 2008, having previously worked at Playtech before joining Aspire Global as Board Member and CEO in 2013. Tsachi played a key role in Aspire Global's major developments, including the company's listing on the Nasdaq, and the acquisition of Pariplay and BtoBet. His leadership largely contributed to Aspire Global's solid positioning as one of the industry's most prominent iGaming B2B suppliers. Tsachi holds an M.A. in Business Studies from the College of Management (COMAS) in Israel. Tsachi became President of NeoGames following NeoGames' acquisition of the Aspire Global Group in 2022.
Motti Gil

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Gil is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of global financial and operational experience. Since 2016, he served as the CFO of Aspire Global, including five years whilst the company was publicly listed, before its acquisition by NeoGames. Prior to joining Aspire Global, he held positions as a finance executive and controller in the telecom technology industry. In 2023, Mr. Gil assumed the position of CFO at NeoGames. Mr. Gil began his career with Ernst & Young. He is a CPA and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University.
Rinat Belfer

Chief Operations Officer

Rinat Belfer is our COO. As the company COO Rinat directs customer delivery, design, and implements company processes and procedures. She tracks and monitors the company's key performance indicators, establishes policies that promote company culture and vision, oversees the daily operations of the company, re-engineers processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness, and assumes responsibility for labor and employee relations. Rinat joined NeoGames in 2009 and managed dozens of complex technology development and delivery projects. She has profound experience and knowledge concerning Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and oversees the organizational quality management standards. Rinat holds a bachelor's degree in industrial management engineering and a master’s degree in business administration.
Oded Gottfried

Chief Technical Officer

Oded Gottfried is Chief Technical Officer of NeoGames. Oded joined NeoGames as CTO in 2006, bringing with him rich experience from more than 25 years in the field, specializing in critical information systems, Internet technologies, and databases. Oded served as a software engineer in the Israel Defense Forces. Oded was awarded a BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Philosophy by Tel Aviv University.
Chris Shaban

Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Customer Development

Chris Shaban joined NeoGames as Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Customer Development in June 2021. Chris and his team are responsible for global sales and marketing initiatives, government relations, customer development and growth. Chris has 10 years of experience working in government offices and on campaigns at the national and state level, followed by 24 years in the global lottery industry. Prior to joining NeoGames, Chris worked for IGT, managing successful initiatives across all elements of lottery authorization, contracting, operations, and business development.
Gabby Naftali

Vice President of Product

Gabby Naftali joined NeoGames in 2010 as a product manager and became Director of Product in 2013, and he was promoted to his current role in 2016. He is responsible for NeoGames product management for all Platforms and their module roadmaps. Prior to joining NeoGames, he served as a project manager and software engineer in information systems and telecom industries for companies such as Amdocs. Gabby holds a BA in Computer Science from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
Oren Tamir

Managing Director of NeoGames Ukraine

Oren Tamir oversees the management of the NeoGames operation at our Ukraine site. Since 2008 until the end of 2018, Oren acted as NeoGames COO responsible for recruitment, labor relations, contracts, compensation and benefits, and facility management. Oren brought to NeoGames more than 20 years of experience in the human resources and operational management fields, including previous experience at SanDisk. Oren holds an MA in Psychology from New York University and a BA in Psychology from Hunter College, City University of New York.
Hili Shakked

Vice President of Games

Hili Shaked is the Head of the NeoGames Studio and joined the company in 2019. Hili is an accomplished Gaming and Business Executive with experience across several industries, including online gaming, trading, and telecommunications. He has vast managing and hands-on experience in B2C and B2B marketing, software development, Business Development, and Finance. Before joining NeoGames, Hili managed a $130M online gaming brand including all aspects of marketing, product delivery, customer retention, offering optimization, and business analysis. Hili holds a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from the Technion (Israel) and an MBA in Finance from Tel Aviv University.
